Liam is the Head Underwriter at Vertex Asset Capital, overseeing credit analysis and risk assessment across the firm’s asset-based lending platform. He specializes in evaluating collateral strength, borrower profiles, and exit strategies to ensure each transaction meets Vertex’s underwriting standards. Liam plays a central role in structuring sound, executable deals that protect capital while enabling flexible financing solutions for clients. In his role, Liam is responsible for analyzing collateral strength, customer financials, exit strategies, and risk across specialty asset classes. He works closely with capital partners, and executive leadership to structure transactions that are institutionally sound.
